Once approved, you get a dedicated Slack channel, a project board and regular async updates. Most BUILD projects deliver in days, not weeks.
Every project includes two full revision rounds on the chosen direction. In practice, because we front-load alignment in the Discovery Workshop, most clients need only one. Additional rounds are billed at a flat daily rate agreed upfront.
It is a focused 2-3 hour session where we dig into your goals, audience, competitive landscape and constraints. The $1,000 fee is fully credited toward any project you start with us — so if you proceed, it is effectively free. If you do not proceed, you still walk away with documented insights and recommendations.
We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Standard terms: 50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery. Packages and retainers can be split into monthly milestones. All prices are in USD.
Fast Track is a checkout add-on available on select BUILD services. You pay a surcharge (shown on the pricing page) and we compress the timeline — for example, a 3-5 day onepager becomes a 2-day delivery. It works because we reserve dedicated capacity for Fast Track orders.
