Challenge
Creating a comprehensive AI-driven legal case management platform that handles case diagnosis through artificial intelligence, enables data-driven decision making for lawyers, and streamlines client engagement — all while keeping the interface clear enough for non-technical legal professionals to use daily.
Approach
Market analysis of existing legal tech solutions, user interviews with lawyers and paralegals, competitor analysis of case management tools. Then wireframing, user flow mapping, and interface design — integrating AI case diagnosis, lawyer oversight panels, and client tracking into a cohesive product. Continuous testing and iteration based on user feedback.
Result
Delivered a complete design system and high-fidelity prototypes covering every user flow — from AI case intake to lawyer oversight dashboards. User testing with 12 attorneys validated that average task flows were reduced from 8 steps to 3, making AI-driven case management intuitive for non-technical legal professionals. The platform is currently in development.
