Challenge
The founders had a vision and domain expertise in longevity science, but nothing else. No brand, no product, no website, no understanding of how UHNWI actually think about health. They needed to validate the concept with real potential users, build a brand that commands trust from people who manage $200M+ portfolios, and deliver a working MVP — all before their runway got tight.
Approach
Phase 1: Deep research — interviews with the target audience (UHNWI principals and their advisors) and longevity physicians. We mapped what "biological asset management" actually means to someone worth $200M. Phase 2: Brand strategy — "Sovereign Dark" design language. Gold (#C9A84C) as sacred accent. Custom monogram. Typography that whispers wealth, not screams it. Phase 3: Landing page — premium onepager with scroll-driven animations, persona-based narrative (Aging Titan vs Successor), and a gated Founding Members application flow. Phase 4: MVP application — full-stack product built with 7 specialized AI agents. Dashboard showing PACE of Aging score (120+ biomarkers synthesized into one number), AI Health Coach, biomarker trends, wearable integrations (200+ devices), and a Bio-Wealth calculator that translates health improvements into financial terms.
Result
Landing page went live in 11 days. Cited in two investor term sheets within six weeks. 14 investor meetings booked in the first month. The MVP application is now in private beta with the founding cohort. The brand transformed perception — as one family office put it: "this looks like it manages a billion."

How we built it
1. Research & Discovery
Interviews with UHNWI principals and longevity physicians. Mapped how the target audience thinks about health as an asset. Defined two personas: The Aging Titan (55+, empire built) and The Successor (30-50, building the next one).
2. Brand Identity
"Sovereign Dark" design language — dark luxury theme (#0A0A0F bg), gold accent (#C9A84C) sacred to PACE score only. Custom monogram, Berkeley Mono for data, editorial serif for headlines. A brand that whispers wealth.
3. Landing Page
Premium onepager with scroll-driven narrative. Persona-based storytelling. Interactive biomarker visualizations. Gated Founding Members application. PACE Score preview. Security section for UHNWI trust. Delivered in 11 days.
4. MVP Application
Full-stack product: Next.js + Express + FastAPI + PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB. AI-powered PACE of Aging score (120+ biomarkers → one number). AI Health Coach that holds your full record. Wearable integrations (200+ devices via OpenWearables). Bio-Wealth calculator translating health into financial terms. AES-256 encryption, zero-knowledge architecture.
