After securing EU funding, Edutailor had the capital but not the infrastructure. The brand looked like a university project. The website was a static placeholder. Phase 3: Platform UX overhaul — dashboard with user analytics, progress tracking, financial overview. Phase 4: Edutailor Hub — internal operations platform with AI-powered tender search (scrapes 10+ sources, 1185 listings, auto-categorizes by VR/AR/XR relevance) and automated proposal generator (AI researches the client, analyses their website, generates complete branded proposals with pricing, ROI projections and scope). Phase 5: Video production — brand films for social media and investor communications.

The rebrand transformed how enterprise clients perceived Edutailor. Website time-on-page tripled. The Hub now finds relevant EU tenders automatically — 18 new opportunities in the first week alone. Proposals that took 2 days to write are now generated in minutes. The team operates at the pace of a company 5x their size.
