Challenge

Zeox was launching a new investment vehicle targeting 20+ AI companies with a 100M+ PLN valuation. They had no brand, no website, no investor materials, and no content strategy. They needed to look like a tier-1 fund from day one — credible enough for institutional LPs, exciting enough for AI founders, and clear enough for corporate clients looking to adopt AI.

Approach

Phase 1: Strategy — interviews with the founding team, competitive analysis of CEE VC landscape, positioning as "the bridge between CEE talent and US capital." Defined three audience paths: startups (pitch submission), investors (LP onboarding), and corporates (AI implementation). Phase 2: Brand identity — space-themed visual language ("trajectories", "constellations", "missions"). Mint accent on dark backgrounds. Clean geometric logo. Phase 3: Website — multi-section landing with persona-based navigation, animated hero videos, portfolio showcase with live company data, tabbed contact forms per audience, blog with custom graphics. Phase 4: Video storytelling — AI-crafted investor videos explaining the arbitrage thesis (5-10x CEE→US valuation gap), portfolio company spotlights. Phase 5: LP materials — pitch decks, one-pagers per portfolio company, quarterly reporting templates.

Result

The brand positioned Zeox as a serious player from launch. Website went live with 3 persona paths, each converting to their specific CTA. The space-themed visual language became instantly recognizable in the Polish VC scene. Blog content with custom graphics drove organic LinkedIn engagement. Two new LP commitments closed in Q1. Portfolio companies (Edutailor, SkyInspection, GoValid) received branded materials that elevated their own fundraising conversations.
