TL;DR: For a Series A B2B company, a rebrand and a new website should be bought as one budget, not two. Studios that publish a price for brand plus website quote between $25,000 and $100,000 (PIXELUP LABS: $25,000-$40,000; Space: $50,000-$100,000). PIXELUP’s own stage table puts a “Series A going upmarket” at $25,000 to $60,000. If you buy the two separately at Clutch’s averages, you land near $110,000 and 7-8 months. At dp.vision, positioning, brand identity and website start at $9,500 / 39 000 zł / 9.000 €, and a larger Series A scope lands above that floor.
This article is deliberately narrow. If you want general price tables, read our company rebranding guide, the branding cost breakdown and how much a website costs. Here we look at one situation: a funded B2B tech company that needs a new brand and a new site at the same time, usually before enterprise deals, a hiring push or the next round.
Short answer: the ranges in $, zł and €
Most sources publish in one currency only, so we show each figure in the currency it was published in instead of converting it.
| Who / what | $ | zł | € |
|---|---|---|---|
| dp.vision Launch (positioning + identity + website) | from $9,500 | from 39 000 zł | from 9.000 € |
| dp.vision Build (MVP or product) | from $25,000 | from 99 000 zł | from 23.000 € |
| dp.vision full programs: PaceSovereign, DailyMuse (brand, pitch deck, investor relations, demo and MVP) | from $40,000 | published in $ only | published in $ only |
| Published studio price, brand + website (PIXELUP LABS) | $25,000-$40,000 | n/a | n/a |
| Published studio price, brand + website (Space) | $50,000-$100,000 | n/a | n/a |
| Seed-stage external brand assets (KLIMB) | n/a | n/a | 15.000-30.000 € |
| Clutch average, branding + web bought separately (illustrative sum, see below) | about $109,757 | n/a | n/a |
The published studio prices are what those studios charge, not market data. They are useful because they price exactly the scope this article is about: brand and website together.
What the market averages say, and why they are not your number
Clutch is the most neutral anchor available. Its branding pricing guide (updated 21 September 2026) puts the average cost of working with a branding agency at $71,651.70, based on verified client reviews, with most projects in the $10,000-$49,999 band. Its web design pricing guide puts the average web design project at $38,105.39.
Illustrative sum: $71,651.70 + $38,105.39 = $109,757.09. That is what “rebrand plus website” looks like if you add the two averages.
Two reasons this is not your number. First, averages are pulled up by large projects: the same Clutch web guide says most web design projects reviewed there cost less than $10,000. The average and the typical project are far apart, so use both. Second, the averages describe separate purchases with separate timelines. Clutch gives a typical timeline of 8 months for branding projects and says most web design projects last 7 months. A Series A team rarely has 15 months, or even 8, before the milestone the rebrand is for.
Our existing rebranding guide prices the brand part alone at $5,000-$15,000 with a freelancer, $15,000-$50,000 at a boutique studio and $50,000-$150,000+ at a network agency. The website comes on top in all three cases unless the provider bundles it.
Line-item budget: what a Series A B2B rebrand includes
This is the scope we see in practice for a funded B2B tech company. The question for each line is not only “how much” but “who pays for it and is it in the quote”.
| Line item | What it covers at Series A | How it is usually priced | At dp.vision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Positioning | Who you sell to after the round, against whom, why you win | Strategy phase, often a separate fee | In Validate (from $2,500 / 10 000 zł / 2.500 €) and in Launch |
| Identity system | Logo system, color, type, components, guidelines | Core of every branding quote | In Launch |
| Website design + build + CMS | Pages, CMS your team can edit, SEO setup | Often quoted separately as ”+ website” | In Launch |
| Copy and content | Homepage and product pages, case studies | Sometimes included, often left to you | Scoped per project |
| Sales and pitch deck template | The deck your sales team and founders actually send | Rarely in the base price | Scoped in, not in the Launch base price |
| Product UI pass | Bringing the product interface in line with the new brand | Separate product design budget | Build (from $25,000 / 99 000 zł / 23.000 €) |
| Migration and SEO redirects | Old URLs mapped to new ones, page to page | Often missing from quotes | Scoped per project |
| Internal hours | Founders, sales, product reviewing and supplying material | Not in any external quote | Your cost |
The first three lines are what most “rebrand plus website” prices cover. The rest is where budgets break.
Refresh, rebrand, rebuild: three scopes, three price bands
Refresh. Positioning stays, the system is modernized, the site is restyled. Lowest cost, because the strategy line is small and fewer assets change.
Rebrand. New positioning, new identity, new website. This is the scope behind the published brand-plus-website prices above, and behind our Launch package.
Rebuild. Rebrand plus the product interface. This is where a full program sits; our example projects that include brand, web and product start at $40,000. Neither of them was priced as a Series A rebrand, they show what the full surface costs.
Local reality: what an hour costs in the US, UK, Poland and Germany
Clutch’s branding guide lists hourly rates of $100-$149 in the US, $50-$99 in the UK and $50-$99 in Poland. Germany is not in that table. For DACH, the design pay agreement of AGD and SDSt, reported by PAGE in September 2022, sets minimum hourly rates of 120 € for strategic design work and 105 € for conceptual and operational work. On Malt Germany, experienced freelancers average 559 € per day for graphic design, 580 € for web design and 651 € for UX design.
What a budget buys in hours (illustrative, budget divided by Clutch hourly rates):
| Budget | US ($100-$149/h) | UK or Poland ($50-$99/h) |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | 168-250 hours | 253-500 hours |
| $60,000 | 403-600 hours | 606-1,200 hours |
Comparing the ends of each band ($50 against $100, $99 against $149), the same money buys roughly 1.5 to 2 times as many hours in Poland or the UK as in the US. That does not make a cheaper team better. It means the comparison should be senior hours on your project, not the day rate on the proposal.
Costs nobody quotes
None of these come with a reliable market number, which is exactly why they get skipped. Budget for them anyway.
- Internal team hours. Founders sign off positioning, sales explains lost deals, product supplies screens. Plan this time into the same weeks as the project, or the timeline slips.
- Content. New positioning means new homepage copy, product pages and case studies. If nobody owns the writing, a finished design waits for text.
- Migration and SEO redirects. Every old URL needs a 301 redirect to its new equivalent, page to page. Our website redesign checklist covers the steps.
- Deck and sales collateral rollout. The pitch deck, sales deck, proposal template and email signatures all change on the same day as the site.
- Trademark check. If the name changes, check it legally before anyone gets attached to it.
Why the website is the line you cannot cut
B2B buyers decide before they talk to you. 6sense’s 2025 Buyer Experience Report found that 94% of buying groups ranked preferred vendors before first contact. Gartner found that 61% of B2B buyers prefer an overall rep-free buying experience. For a Series A company selling upmarket, the website is where that ranking happens. A new identity on an old site sends two messages at once.
What to skip at Series A, and what you cannot skip
Can usually wait: a full brand book for every possible application, a naming project if the name is not actually blocking you, extensive campaign concepts, a multi-language site before you sell in those markets.
Cannot skip: positioning, the identity system, the website, the sales deck, and the redirects. If the product is what enterprise buyers see in the demo, a product UI pass belongs on the list too. Our SaaS brand identity guide covers what the system needs to hold.
How to scope it to a milestone
Start from the date, not the deliverables list. Name the milestone (first enterprise pilot, hiring push, next round) and work back:
- Weeks 1-2: positioning. If you are not sure the positioning has changed, prove it first. Validate is built for this.
- Middle weeks: identity and website together, so the site is designed with the system, not after it.
- Last weeks: deck, migration, rollout, switched on one date.
- Product UI as a separate phase if the milestone needs it.
That is how a scope fits 4-16 weeks instead of the 7-8 months Clutch reports for separate projects. What speed costs is mainly your own attention: decisions have to come within days, not weeks.
What dp.vision charges, and for what
dp.vision is a senior brand, web and product studio for funded, founder-led B2B tech companies, based in Poznań and working remotely. One team carries the work from positioning to brand, website, deck and product: a strategist and a dedicated team from our 20+ permanent people, and one contact person for you throughout. AI speeds the work up; people make the decisions.
- Validate: from $2,500. Strategy analysis, customer interviews, market research and a written recommendation before you commit.
- Launch: from $9,500. Positioning, brand identity and website. The deck is scoped in on top of the base price.
- Build: from $25,000. MVP or product, by the same team.
“From” is the floor. A Series A scope with a larger site, a deck and a product UI pass lands above Launch. For the full surface, PaceSovereign (research, full branding, pitch deck, investor relations support and the product demo and MVP, with the MVP in 8 weeks) and DailyMuse (full branding, landing page, pitch deck, investor relations support and the product demo and MVP) started from $40,000 each. All starting prices are on the pricing page. If you want a scoped number for your milestone, book a 20-minute first conversation that commits you to nothing.
